Shipping and payment

1. After placing an order on the site, the manager will contact you and provide you with a convenient option for payment and delivery of goods.

There are several ways to pay for an order in the ProfiKey Workshop:

  • by bank transfer from a bank account of a legal entity or SPD. We are not VAT payers, but if necessary, we provide our clients with all the necessary package of accounting documents. To issue an invoice for non-cash payment, we will need scanned copies of the certificate of registration of your enterprise or SPD, the certificate of VAT payer (if any), the certificate of payment of a single tax (if any).
  • in cash from a private person via bank transfer. To do this, it is enough for us to know the last name, first name and patronymic of the payer. Based on your order, we will generate an invoice that can be paid through the cash desk of any bank or through Internet banking systems (Privat-24, etc.).

2. Production time is negotiable and depends on the size of the order.

3. Delivery in Ukraine: Nova Poshta, Ying-Time, Delivery and other courier delivery services in Ukraine.

You can order car keys, silicone cases, chips, transponders and other equipment from the ProfiKey Workshop, no matter in which city of Ukraine you live and work. With the help of a transport company, we will deliver your order to almost anywhere in Ukraine. Delivery is possible both to the warehouse of the transport company and to the door of your office.

The cost of delivery is paid by the buyer at the rates of transport companies directly upon receipt of the goods.

Shipment of products is made in the following terms:

  • on the day of payment when ordering devices or blanks available in stock, if payment was received on our current account before 12.00.
  • on the next business day when ordering key blanks or silicone cases available in stock, if payment was received on our current account after 12.00.
  • when ordering goods that require preparation for shipment, the term for shipment of products is increased by the period necessary for a particular product and is agreed with the Customer until the moment of payment. The exact period in this case depends on the range and quantity of ordered goods, and we recommend that you specify it when agreeing or placing an order.
